CRC has tons of babies that'll be ready between now and New Years.... keep a look out for photos. We have Dutch, Mini Satin, Polish and Californian babies and we will have Netherland Dwarf and more polish babies due soon.......

I am sure you have all noticed the new name at the top of our website. We are now known as a whole as Cherokee Flats. Cody's Rabbit Cave and Austin's Chicken House will still have their names on paperwork and will remain individual from Cherokee Farms. We had discussed changing it all over to Cherokee Flats Farm but, after great discussion with the boys, determined that they still wanted there things seperate!!

A weekend off!

Well, after 3 weeks in a row of shows between IN and IL, we finally have a weekend off. We are anxious to get Spring cleaning done here at CRC.

We have several litters here as well either in the box or on the way. Many of them will be show at the McLean Co Fair this year!

Not sure what all we will show BUT, we has some nice babies coming up!!

Next show in April 19th in Bloomington IL! See ya there

Spring is FINALLY here

Hello fellow Bunny folks..

Spring is finally sprung here in Central Illinois. We so so happy to finally have nice weather and get some fresh air both in the house and in the rabbit barn. I know the rabbits are lovin it!!

WIth Spring, comes the willingness of our Polish does to FINALLY breed... ugh.. it was a long winter with no one wanting to breed.

Reminder: Several litters due between March 19 and March 29. Keep your eyes open for those perfect babies!!

Getting ready for the Fair

The McLean Co Fair will be held at the Interstate Center July 29 - Aug 2 2009. Come and check out all the rabbits, chickens, hogs, cattle and other animals exibited at the fair. Help support your local 4H club!!

We will have rabbits at the fair (like always) and the kids might have a few other items as well. Dont forget to stop in the rabbit/chicken barn and say HI Y'ALL!!

We have bred several of our does for March 09 babies. We are planning on 2 dutch, 2 polish and 1 mini satin litter.

Dont forget to check the NURSERY pages for the Polish, Mini Satin and Dutch. Ya never know, you might find the perfect family bunny on that page.

Cedeno's Rabbitry, owned by our friends, Chastity and her daughter Kayley, have just begun breeding rabbits. They have Mini Rex and Polish and are a small rabbitry, but love what they do. They currently have 2 rabbits from us (CRC's Hope and CRC's Beckam) and have begun the joy that is the addiction known as Rabbit Breeding.
