Babies in the nestbox are less than 6 weeks old (polish, dutch, netherland dwarf and mini satin) or 8 weeks (for cals). This is just for INFORMATIONAL purposes only. If you are looking for something specific and you think we may have it or are wanting to be notified when a litter is born, email us at codysrabbitcave@ymail.com and we'll add your name to a waiting list.

For chicks, Click "The Incubator" below. Chicks are able to leave as early as 1 day however, more times than not, they will be several weeks old so we know what we have (boys or girls). If you are interested in either Comet or Rhode Island Red chicks, please EMAIL us with what you want/need. Most of the time, we will only be able to offer a straight run of chicks (sexs unknown, mixture)

BIG CHANGES!!

As of March 1, 2010 -- Cherokee Flats has it Poultry & Rabbit Raisers Exemption from the Illinois Dept of Ag in springfield IL. We can now sell rabbits and chicken meat (already processed, packaged and frozen) to the public. We are also able to deliver it if we are heading your way. We will have more rabbit meat available the end of April 2010, June 2010, August 2010, October 2010, December 2010 and Chicken available August 2010.

Eggs will be available all year providing chickens cooperate with the weather :) Eggs MUST be picked up here at the farm. Fresh, Free-Range Brown eggs are available for $3.50/doz. Bring your own carton and get them for $3/doz!! Call for availability.
